Day 5 at the Gym: The Struggle is Real!!!
Alright, folks, gotta be honest, today was probably my toughest day
It was leg day, and I kicked things off strong on the treadmill and more cardio
Hereβs where things got tricky, my lady coach had me do lunges, and suddenly, it felt like part of my body just shut down. I donβt know if it was fear or just the intensity hitting me, but no matter how hard I tried, half of me wasnβt cooperating. It was frustrating, and I could feel that mix of exhaustion and doubt creeping in.
After a little breather, I switched it up with sumo squats, and oh boy, my thighs are still feeling like jelly π I wrapped up with some ab workouts and called it a day.
Iβm not quite sure what happened, but you better believe Iβm heading back tomorrow to conquer whatever that was
Like my good friend said, βYou gain nothing by giving upβ πͺ 0 reply

Hey everyone
So, I was so caught up celebrating my /success that I totally forgot to share my Day 3 update. Hereβs a quick recap of both Day 3 and 4
Day 3
Kicked things off with 20 minutes on the treadmill, then joined a skipping challenge, the aim is 1,000 skips daily, Not gonna lie, starting with just 400 on Day 1 was tough, and 1,000? Wow, that's a whole new level! π After that, I went some sit-ups and leg press. Letβs just say my legs are still feeling the burn π© I pushed through 7 rounds on two different machines, and Iβm pretty sure Iβll be feeling this one for days π
Day 4
Today was definitely my favorite! I absolutely love Aerobics, itβs so much fun and really gets the heart pumping. I jumped back into the skipping challenge and added a little hip abduction to the mix. I met this super sweet girl at the gym, and we ended up training together. She totally motivated me to lift some weights and damn my hands felt like jelly afterwards
Overall, itβs been an amazing couple of days 1 reply

I am Miss Oge, Doctor of Social Work, and this is my /success story πβ¨
The past few years have been a wild ride - full of tears, laughter, and moments when I thought I might not make it. There were times i was overwhelmed too, praying just to pass, with the leasts of the least. But here I am, standing proud π₯Ή
Iβve been blessed to cross paths with some truly incredible people who lifted me up along the way, friends turned to family & their support has meant the world to me.
And to my mom, the strongest woman I know, the living definition of Solid rock, she held my hand through it all, she believed in me when I struggled to believe in myself, she's amazing and i thank her for reminding me always that we could get through anything together.
This journey has shaped me in ways I never imagined, and Iβm excited for whatβs next π 5 replies
