I take 300mcg melatonin daily at 430pm. Makes me feel super sleepy at 11 and I wake up with a jolt of energy at 630-7am, no alarms needed. It’s sick. The trick is taking it about 9 hours after you wanna wake up and about 7 hours before you wanna go to sleep. Reference here to slate star codex.

Go to sleep hungry. Don’t drink water 3-4 hours prior to bed. Also, go to bed half an hour before your ideal bedtime. And make sure the room is well ventilated so CO2 levels don’t build up 🙌

No electronic devices at least 1 hr before going to bed. Magnesium and a warm shower can be helpful too
