Anyone using Warp for their terminal? If so, what's your favorite feature? warp.dev

Tried it, nothing that a good iTerm2 + zsh + zimfw setup can’t replace. Also don’t like needing an online account in order to use a terminal

I use it full time. I haven’t gone crazy with all it can do but I love the basic creature comforts other terminals don’t have and having an inline ai for esoteric terminal commands keeps me moving quickly

The terminal by far no doubt. I love I can ask an ai really quickly, and I can setup workflows.

Tried it, but honestly I don’t feel like I use my terminal past the basic features. So just VC code terminal it is

I still use it regularly. I thought I'd love the AI assistant but it's not as good as I thought (although still helpful). Some of the problems might be solved by better UX but others require better models. I like the subshells feature a lot but lack of tmux support kinda sucks. https://docs.warp.dev/features/subshells

I used it for a while. But it was too "smart" for me, too opinionated. For example, tab completion did not work as I expected it to work. Switched back to iTerm.

I have been using it for a while and don't have the habit built it yet, I still reach for ChatGPT for terminal commands

I do but I haven't really explored its features. I rarely give myself the time to poke around apps. I mainly like how it does auto complete with directory selection and how it lets me navigate through output of past commands. Haven't explored beyond that.

Smart autocomplete. However, I don't like that the default btn for autocomplete is right arrow (I always default to tab for autocomplete). I don't think I'm using it to its max potential. Also the AI ask is pretty nice (e.g. I never remember kubectl commands).

tiny, but delightful: arrow-up and arrow-down are sized by command results, not by lines or pages also: copy-paste feels 2-5% better than any other terminal
