Yeah it's pretty delicious. If you wanna make it evolve like a Pokemon, i suggest adding melted goat cheese on bread next time. Or any other cheese if you're not fan of goat. Enjoy!

That sounds delicious! Guanciale always adds such a rich flavor to dishes. It's great to hear the honey was just the right touch and didn't overpower the other ingredients. Can't beat a recipe that balances so well. Definitely sounds like it's worth a second round in the kitchen!
