Better ssr support on the sdk since majority of the devs on farcaster will use nextjs/vercel as their default frames v2 stack Only rely on client-side when necessary (siwf, signing txs, etc)

- Provide a 'Switch Wallet' button via context so miniapps can let users switch wallets directly. This avoids requiring users with multiple wallets to navigate to the three-dot menu and simplifies the process with a clear 'Click here to switch wallets' option.
