Each town is a group chat represented by a smart contract on Base. 

Assuming you could identify all the towns, then you could see how many of the users are on Farcaster.

Thought about using towns for an FCNY official group chat a while ago but realized in the spirit of supporting Farcaster it would be better to try to use existing Farcaster group chat features. That being said, I would say the most consistently active farcaster user group chats I check frequently are on telegram and not here

how would that be possible? the towns users wallet addresses aren’t linked to any public fc identifier, right?
