Warpcast rewards are getting bigger! 

- Audience is now ~1,000 people (instead of 500) 
- Pool is now ~15,000 USDC (up from 10,000)  

Our goal is to make Farcaster the easiest place to earn if you're creating original, interesting content. 

We're also making a couple tweaks to the algo, details below.
