It's my day 2 on Farcaster. Even as someone enthusiastic about the idea, there's so much friction and dead ends in the onboarding process that I gave up several times before completing it. I think it would be valuable for the dev team to watch a newcomer try Farcaster starting from zero to get a sense of the UX gaps.

honestly, the advertising of this place is really bad! I’m very into this space and only found out about it 4 days ago. 3 days in and I deleted my twitter! Honestly, maybe buying, now much cheaper ad space, on X would be wise.

Wild idea: Start a Twitter bot dedicated to top FC people and posts. Post the top 5% most popular FC posts in terms of engagement. Allows Twitter people to be exposed a bit more to FC Ensures that Twitter masses still retain some exposure to the high signal people that migrated to FC

Was experimenting with something but no takers yet — offered on twitter to invite & sponsor to anyone who’d agree to cast once a day for 2 weeks—best way to get in a habit. But maybe something along those lines but competitive (best qDAU not just most casts from newbies gets 5k warps or $). cc: @purple
