Persistent quality in conversation, without sacrificing diversity. I still use Twitter because reach here is the same squad. Need better discovery for high-quality content.

Like anything else: 1. Get the influencers 2. Create fomo (how is left as an exercise for the reader)

Not to sound like a broken record, but video support will bring the artists en masse, and where the popular artists go, the crowds will follow

I think powerful per-channel moderation is a strong sell long term, especially for those bailing on Twitter to elsewhere. "You don't have to censor m*team*sk when you post" is also a fun selling point. AMAs are great, as you've figured out (any stats on how well they do to onboard new actives?)

An 80s-corporate-training-style welcome video from /gmfarcaster @nounishprof @adrienne Do it right and it’ll attract the people you want here while leaving the people you don’t on Twitter.

Hello, just joined after forgetting to for a year <3 Imo if you have a collage of some really interesting posts from here and post them to Twitter. Especially if they includes voices that used to be more active on Twitter.

if farcaster were to become a superior way of keeping up: with product launches, research or technical developments in crypto, news, etc.

You'd need everyone to be able to bring their audiences *at scale*. People still use X because of reach.

Wild idea: Start a Twitter bot dedicated to top FC people and posts. Post the top 5% most popular FC posts in terms of engagement. Allows Twitter people to be exposed a bit more to FC Ensures that Twitter masses still retain some exposure to the high signal people that migrated to FC
