What are your takeaways? 

Slight shifts in the forum and linkedin directions might help. I don't think there's been an app that really encapsulates a modern forum & networking experience. 

Give content more space and readability. Beef up profiles; you can turn the network into a flywheel directory with clean funnels.

I think top of funnel discoverability is something to improve. 

Clear value prop, call to action to sign up, explain why there’s cost.

But the reality is word of mouth and invites from passionate existing users will be the best growth vector.

Maybe some SEO improvements to mitigate the connotation with just airdrops 😅

That was the part that got me tbh I was like "we have a token but its not a token token...". How would you describe them to someone really succinctly?

Warps being mistaken for a token still needs clearer messaging.

not the first time i’ve seen misconceptions about their value on the socials.

If you remember, this is why I once told you to focus on advertising first to developers focused on Farcaster protocol, then the narratives would develop in a decentralized way and eventually they‘d reach the consumer (reddit user). I still believe WC cannot present a good value prop to consumers on its own. 1/2

failed to join using only crypto ... here's how, for documentation purpose : 
- create wallet in warpcast, backup seed
- verify email
- import seed in wallet app
- use gift.fcstr.xyz to pay subscription with main wallet
- import seed on warpcast and set username
- pay app authorization with card

I think there's also something to improve for crypto-only onboarding which is a bit complex today, i've cast to document how i did and failed :

Do you think we can avoid the costs communication and probably have it done later in the product life cycle for a new user? 

It’ll just make the FTUE very easy and smooth with no major hurdles
