I feel like it's not under the radar here, but Christopher Alexander's The Timeless Way of Building for sure. He was totally new to me and it blew my mind.

Not a likely candidate but there are a number of history books keeping me up at night. Growing up in California and not knowing a fraction of the specifics made me look at everything around me differently. I think about it all the time whether I’m on a road trip or reading the news

Dee Hock’s One From Many In the 70s, a SeaFirst banker went from getting trained to sell BofA’s credit card to convincing them to open ownership to any bank. In doing so became the founder of VISA. So much outstanding organizational philosophy and management advice as well. Was thinking about DAOs before DAOs.

Epitaph of a Small Winner! The book’s dedication is "To the worm who first gnawed on the cold flesh of my corpse, I dedicate with fond remembrance these Posthumous Memoirs" This book made me rediscover national (Brazilian) literature and fall in love with it all over again.
