what’s an under-the-radar book that transformed your life? 

i’ll start: Human as Media made me completely rethink the way that i understood the internet

Not a likely candidate but there are a number of history books keeping me up at night. Growing up in California and not knowing a fraction of the specifics made me look at everything around me differently. I think about it all the time whether I’m on a road trip or reading the news
