finally figured out how to prepare octopus before grilling: 1 - make a soup stock, go heavy on herbs. Or just go heavy on boullioun. 2 - throw your octopus in boiling broth, turn heat down. Let it sit forever (2hrs) on ultra low heat. 3 - work while you wait 4 - grill/sear on high heat for quick char. 5 - eat
