Old fashioned wins: β†’ Simple to make - doable at home; inexpensive at a bar β†’ Accessible to newbs β†’ Includes basic components: booze, flavor, garnish β†’ Hard to hide bad ingredients β†’ Can make/find/get it almost anywhere β†’ Ideal range: high floor, high ceiling with enough β€œcanvas” to make them unique
