That’s why I didn’t make comparisons and I only mentioned zone 2 workouts.

Probably I was not clear enough when I commented and that’s my fault. I know there are more evidence in going vegan than on zone 2 workouts. But what I’m saying is: I saw a benefit on zone 2 cardio in terms of improving my cardiovascular endurance. If the same benefit is also evident on vegan diet, I’m not sure

Ok, just discussing a topic that is of my interest. The reason why I started doing zone 2 cardio was exactly because of research papers.

Besides rain, people need a place to park their car, and so many others are afraid of the violence.

By the way, feel free to post the links of some of the papers you are referring to. I do like to study, read papers and I can change my mind. I’m ok about trying new things

And… have you tried zone 2 cardio workouts aligned with high intentisity workouts? The benefits of being vegan are quite different than the benefits I look for on the zone 2 workout, which is to maximize my cardiovascular performance. I wanna last a 8 to 10 min round on jiu jitsu. Zone 2 workouts are allowing me

I do, and do you realize that years of lifting + sports also allow you to have a better knowledge of your body, right? But tell me, what is your experience? What zone 2 or dieta change impacted on your sports?

That’s a good question, and I can easily answer that. Because when I change something, I only change 1 variable. I’ve been working out and doing jiu jitsu for a long time, my diet has been the same too, the only thing that I did differently was the introduction of zone 2 cardio workouts.

Because I have been working out and training for more than 15 years. I have done different experiments on my workouts, diet, etc. Zone 2 cardio were easily the ones that I saw the most differences when I integrated with weigh lifting and jiu jitsu.

Zone 2 running helped me to improve my recovery and have more energy during my workouts / jiu jitsu. I don’t know about vegan, but I’ve trained for more than 15 years, and for it is not bs.

It depends of your pain. What I can suggest you is that as soon as you are healed, you should start working to strengthen your hamstrings. A strong hamstring helps you to not have knee pains. I had knee problems because of jiu jitsu, since I focused on my hamstrings I’ve never had any other issues

Dude! I love revert, I have been using Aperture too. Makes it easy to create automatic rebalancing strategies.

I have been using only uniswap for multiple reasons, but the main one is the safety. I don’t want an exploit to happen like it happened with kyber. Unfortunately for some issue, the data of the L2s on uniswap is off for more than 15 days. Making it hard to find good pairs.

A leg day can easily burn that. Well, if I have one program to recommend, in case you are looking to burn calories, would be “shortcut to shred” from dr. Jim Stoppani. I’ve done both shortcut to size and shortcut to shred, and both are great

Yep, so much can be done with something like this. Actually everything is already in place to create a web3 credit score. DeFi is here and financial and social data can already be accessed

Really interesting, a score like that can be used to remove Sybil. Btw, in countries where credit bureaus don’t exist, the telco companies build financial products and they had to build their own credit scores. Part of the algorithm comes from the user activity. So, similar concepts are already being used.

What is happening with the pool information? I can’t check tvl and volume of the pools on arbitrum and polygon for example.

When I was a kid, around 12 years old I was fat, around 85kg (190 lbs). Early that year the PE teacher made us do many exercises, I could only do 2 crunches and 0 push ups in a minute. After that I joined taekwondo, and at the end of the year I lost 25kg, I was able to do 72 crunches in one minute and 15 push ups.
