that's a complicated question. 
I think incentive design is crypto's superpower and one of the only ways protocols will have the network effects to replace platforms. 
I think apps not thinking about how to align users with ownership to help them grow will probably be replaced by those that do

without $eth, the ethereum community is probably still niche hobbyists with few users

re tokenomics, I think the current model of agent token launchers launching a token at low market cap for your app is pretty broken and you're giving away 95%+ of value to the wrong people in a way that you can't undo later

Thanks for the write up, were there any differences between Larry and clanker that the latter worked out better?

Interesting reflections - definitely agree that token launchers are a market that has hit some sort of PMF, but it definitely needs to be more flexible to become a tool that is valuable across many use cases

If you are serious about being a good Larry, why don't you try to take community advice? All the problems can be improved accordingly. You have been avoiding and observing all the problems, and then making concluding conclusions, but you have not solved any problems.

Users always come first. I think you have too little interaction with the community in this experiment, and you don't pay attention to the advice given to you. You just satisfy your curiosity..
