New metamask branding verdict? I love that metamask is finally investing in design, but imo missing the mark - their new website is too esoteric & hard to use now, and the logo feels dated - doing the weird Ms isn't worth the fox between them

A few things stand out: 1. The fox mark is sharp—still gives me Starfox vibes. 2. Long names are tough. You can tell they worked to make it fit in a square for socials. 3. Colors pop. Fresh and vibrant. 4. The type screams, We are not utilitarian! We are also not Web2! A bit extreme, but mission accomplished. 5. So far, the early signs of this design system looks like it will work across mobile, desktop, and widgets. Let’s see how the rest rolls out.

definitely in the 'weird Ms isn't worth the fox' camp, cool but looks a bit awkward. just hope the wallet improves cause it's currently painful to use (even if only as a last resort)
