What's your fav place to learn about new networks? (L1s &L2s) Wondering how a structured approach to mapping them could look like.

As a European, I don't work on weekends so that I can spend more time on my hobbies, like writing about sales.

High Probability Selling is a sales classic. There's a lot to learn if you want to build partnerships and sell in Web3. I summarized the book and highlighted key points to get you from 0 to 100 in less than 10 minutes. Enjoy.

working on content about Web3 growth/partnerships: my own learnings as a founder & IC plus insights from growth and partnerships legends out there. it's gonna be fun! Problem: I got a Cargo website https://bijan.ws/ – which I love. Now realized there is no option to integrate a blog. I don't think this will be a periodic newsletter (yet). Next step is rather long form content that just has to live somewhere. Partly intended as evergreen content, partly as a growing library of hacks and frameworks. Which set up do you recommend?

Don’t panic is bad founder advice. Here’s why: Panic is great when you panic early. Panic is powerful when you can convert it into action. Only 6 months of runway left? Panic. Users drop off? Panic. Your market turns out to be much smaller than expected? Panic (big time). Panic gives you the opportunity to change. However, the really bad emotion nobody talks about is worry! Worry paralyzes you. Worry drains your energy. It doesn’t help you land the next deal. It doesn’t help you ship a sticky feature. Actually worry doesn’t lead you anywhere. Just makes you feel bad. The good news: panic becomes normal. And more of an a-ha moment (so it shouldn’t be too bad for your health.) Stop worrying now. Instead, keep on panicking, do something about it – and build cool shit.

What I like most about my gym is that no one’s locking their lockers. Guess you just don’t wanna get caught stealing this 240 pound guy’s milk money.

@maschine build the pop art frame There is only one button to launch this frame. It says: Make it pop! Before the frame is launched the users sees a static image that says “The only frame that makes you POP!” in the style of Roy Liechtenstein’s famous piece “Whaam!” There is only one button to launch the frame. It says: Make me pop! When the user clicks the button the frame takes the profile picture of that user based on which it generates a pop art version in the style of Andy Warhol, David Hockney or Roy Lichtenstein. Before the result is shown to the user the frame shows an pop art cartoon of a teenager dreaming and thinking to himself “when I grow up all I want is to make it pop” Then the result image is shown to the user as described above. When it is presented a gif of cartoon style confetti that explodes over the image is played once to get a presentation effect.
