ten days sober; feeling devoid of meaning, lacking of purpose. every time i get anywhere, i self sabotage through imposter or manic tendencies, undeserving, oversharing, clashing of personalities. i must make it impossible; existence awry. money? the girl? the life you thought was needed? i had it all and threw it away. a chance to make a difference? not here. not today. they judge you on your lapses, not your extension of hand. fall in line. kiss the ring. know your place on the totem: once they’re done eating, they either bite or turn away. perhaps an over estimation of contribution; perhaps too many words i say. “why can’t you play the game like everyone else?” old voices ring at bay. when will i learn this game of life? what went wrong for me to become this way? one thing feels certain: no body cares either way. no one is coming, it’s your to lose. a life worth living; a lifetime of giving taken the wrong way, merely wasted time; promises form the blind: a fool you are; it will never go away

bad communication kills projects as a founder or leader, you need to take accountability for your actions if you lean into tokens, you must understand their zero sum nature, you must understand what it means to mention them in any capacity at a bare minimum, hire comms on a one-off contract & let them conduct a pre-lunch audit if you cast or tweet about a token that was incubated inside your project, you are associating yourself indefinitely with that team & token—whatever happens to that token now shines on you if you tag a token in any pre-lunch materials & people buy up scams thinking it’s that tagged token—that’s on you if you’re unsure whether or not you, as the project leader, is going to wholeheartedly embrace a token as THE project token—do not talk about it at all having “fun” or not, spurring speculation purely for hype or engagement is irresponsible as a founder seeing this far too often protect your users or lose em all you have is trust; don’t take that lightly

I wonder if we’re on the verge of a civil war among Talibans in Afghanistan — between the powerful Haqqani faction in Kabul and the religious Kandahari faction, with the Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) jihadists stirring up the pot. Pluralism is more foundational for crypto than censorship resistance. If you lose CR, pluralism will help you restore it. But if you lose pluralism, CR will just sit around as an unused and vestigial feature.
