never ever say anything negative. Lots of other people who are willing to do that.

Have stuck to that for 3 years though have had a few slip ups (usually airline related)

- Only use in between tasks

liberally mute anyone who brings negative energy (whatever that means to you)

never block people unless they are legit harassing you

Unfollow anyone who is unnecessarily negative even if in just one tweet . Not worth it.

log out of all accounts, only log back in when all my tasks are complete.

Don’t become a “time for a thread” guy

Only use the desktop apps to stay intentional with my time 

Invariably redownload mobile apps at conferences to connect with people 

Post on Facebook only 1x/year recapping the previous year and setting an intention for the next year
