Greek yogurt with berries & pineapple (no added sugar) My favorite: Peanut butter, banana, chocolate protein smoothie w almond milk. Can add in cinnamon and/or dates as well. Banana has some sugar but no added sugars.

1 serving of non fat Greek yogurt. You get about 18 grams. Add in hemp seeds and some peanut butter. 😋

Use a food processor to blend: cottage cheese, fresh cherries, dark chocolate chips, 0 calorie sweetener of your choice. Comes out like cheesecake filling and is mostly protein!
