Creatine (works for 80% of the people, not everyone) and magnesium supplements. However I would suggest eating food that is high in those because actual nutrition is better than supplementing it.

creatine helps out a ton- I prefer to do a lower amount but consistently BCAAs are incredible for recovery and avoiding doms also - sleep! honestly one of the biggest differentiators for me. when im well rested im lifting bigger for longer
