5pm. I go right after work. I'm awful at waking up early, and it fits snugly in routine!!

7:30-8a. That’s when I have most strength / energy. Also fitness is very important to me, so I prioritise it to be first thing in the day. Otherwise, “things” can always come up.

Enjoy the most? 3pm because I’ve had a few meals, I’m closing up Day A activities, and it’s a good segue to Day B But I have to lift at 7am bc it just makes more sense w life logistics

Lately been doing earlier and really enjoying it. It makes me be more time efficient and I start the day more energized. Later is better for an untimed, more exhaustive workout.

Between 10am and 1130am. I awake enough but the day hasn't fatigued me. Past noon I find that I just don't feel like going. I've done the 5am workouts and they're fine, but I don't see the need with a home gym now.
