That’s awesome! Your schedule sounds great to cover different types of Japan from urban area to nature and traditional areas! You can visit Osaka while you stay in Kyoto, and maybe visit Mt.Fuji between Hakone and Kyoto! Hmu if you need any support, and would love to tour you guys in Tokyo too!

Day trip from Kyoto to Nara park with deer. And 4 nights in Kyoto might be an overkill. Also recommend doing a (e-)bike tour in Izu
