was watching this podcast the other day, noting down three key thoughts: 1. change in UI - we humans are curious and intention-driven creatures, so the trillion dollar question on 'the next killer search UI' will prob be a even more intuitive and simpler way for knowledge discovery 2. change in business model - from link structure ad-driven (i.e., Google) to something else, perhaps subscription + ??? in most cases it's a disaster to mix up the liability of users and shareholders, some good examples -- the collapse of luna as well as many gamefi/defi projects that said, i think there're areas where such a skin in the game mentality does make sense and is socially positive-sum
