here's the proposed format: 5 min: brief settling / meditation / reflection instructions, each person declares what they want to get done 45 min: focus / flow time with music 5 min: celebrate work done 30 min: optional socializing starting at 7am PT / 10 am ET / 2 pm UTC on weekdays wdyt?

this is also me eating my own dog food 😂 i love y'all but i need to be more efficient with my time here so that i can fund building christin.town in IRL space i will experiment with streaming on @unlonely at the same time, though this might change depending on what folks want (more privacy vs more discovery)

Hi Christin! Firstly, I didn’t know you had your own channel (joined now) & secondly, this proposed format could work for me as I work remotely except that 7am PT is when we’re getting the kids ready for school. My work day starts, at the earliest, 8:30a after I drop kids off at school but usually closer to 9am.

Maybe start times could be different depending on the day? 7am is too early for me — I’m awake but feeding the dogs at this time (it’s a whole routine, not just putting food in a bowl 🥲)

Yes! I start at 8am MST so that works for me. Although I normally FC in the morning, but I really need to stop that and do my work first. So this would be helpful. haha
