45 min: focus / flow time with music
5 min: celebrate work done
30 min: optional socializing

Hi Christin! Firstly, I didn’t know you had your own channel (joined now) & secondly, this proposed format could work for me as I work remotely except that 7am PT is when we’re getting the kids ready for school. My work day starts, at the earliest, 8:30a after I drop kids off at school but usually closer to 9am.
