/okbanger friends 🤗 how do you approach “reflection” in your daily life? Is this something you do? what do you wish the process can achieve for you? I spent this morning reflecting on reflecting (ha!) to prep some thoughts to share on the show and I want to make sure that we address what you think too!

Should I reflect on you reflecting on reflection or does that make the whole situation too reflective? I don't want a sunburn.

I write down what I need to do in the morning and check it at night! I’m always surprised by what I didn’t manage to get done😅

Not as often as I wish. I think it's because I spend time doing other stuffs that I forget about reflections. And when I do is when I'm about to go to sleep. How often do you do it?

Is this your hint at what my favorite Cs and show will be about tomorrow? I’m sat and won’t miss a minute. I reflect to improve and grow. Do you reflect, and what do you hope to achieve?

when I take the time to slow down and reflect, I often think about what I am grateful for.

i approach reflection by setting aside some quiet time each evening to review the day, what went well, what could’ve gone better, and what I’ve learned it helps me stay grounded and focused on growth how do you incorporate reflection into your routine christin?

suggest you read this book. It breaks down how we thinking into two systems -fast and slow- and explains how we get trapped in mental traps called cognitive biases! Thinking, Fast and Slow Book · 2011 https://nook.social/content/ca23d089-e0ad-4276-b3a7-cfedb438b8dd

Personally, I know it might be weird but I’m always in a constant state of reflection I like to analyze all my past experiences and always apply the lessons I’ve learnt from the to whatever is happening in my life at that moment You can’t properly strategize your moves as an individual if there’s no element of reflection prior to that, it just has a way of reducing errors in your play

Tbh I don’t really like to but somehow I end up reflecting And frankly speaking I tend to focus more what I might have done wrong or right (I could be like May be I should have done it this way and this way bla bla) But guess what most times I end up crying or blame myself. But It also help me to work better on the mistakes I’ve made!

"Reflection" is my Monday Daily Focus Word. Every Monday, reflecting on the week before, on the week to come, on what my other Words bring up for me. Reflection is a different sort of practice that my standard daily contemplations. A deeper look than I can do day-to-day.

For me, reflection is all about taking a step back and looking at things from a broader perspective. I try to do it daily, even if just for a few minutes, usually at the end of the day. It helps me process what went well, what didn’t, and what I can learn from it. I also find it useful for keeping track of my goals and staying grounded.

Reflection is my way to untangle thoughts and emotions. Journaling and solo walks help me make sense of my experiences. It's my pause button for honesty and intention

I so much love this topic and I’m looking forward to “this” particular episode I’m an individual who loves to analyze, strategize and journal also In all these processes, I reflect a lot on the past and patterns that didn’t help me deliver optimum performance or express myself optimally I reflect on past actions and how it shapes my future actions
