how do you approach “reflection” in your daily life? Is this something you do? what do you wish the process can achieve for you?

I spent this morning reflecting on reflecting (ha!) to prep some thoughts to share on the show

"Reflection" is my Monday Daily Focus Word.  Every Monday, reflecting on the week before, on the week to come, on what my other Words bring up for me.  Reflection is a different sort of practice that my standard daily contemplations.  A deeper look than I can do day-to-day.

Yes.  More time, more journaling, more looking up information on the topic to give me more to reflect on.  It's my main focus of the day.  Topics vary from week to week depending on where in my various cycles I am.
