We don’t do DAO LLCs yet but you can spin up an LLC (Series) using otoco.io in DE, WY, and Marshall Islands 

You can manage using dashpanel, request an EIN/Tax ID, open a mercury bank account. With over 1200 entities created we are only just getting started!

So as a sole proprietor I can get a US bank account, have contractors and file taxes?

This is amazing - the only sticking point for me right now (and likely resolve in an hour or two) is what to name the entity I'm about to setup :)

So cool! It’s so easy to create a company that if you live in a jurisdiction that gives an entity the same rights as an individual + company rights, there’s no reason to ever exist as an individual alone

A little misleading to call it an LLC when it’s really a Series LLC 🤷🏼‍♂️
