So far in 2024, the focus has shifted from headcount to versatility. Lean teams now consolidate departments into single individuals rather than multiple hires With interest rates expected to drop soon and IPO markets heating up, I'm anticipating lots of fundraising and frantic hiring 🔜 It's already in motion
