Probably. It's my first podcast and first time I'm using Adobe Audition. So because I'm a beginner, I try to avoid editing as much I as can :)
I'm joking with French accent. Everybody looks OK with it. While people understand me well, it looks fine :)

Honestly if more people understood just how much editing goes into recorded material it would be less stressful as a content creator. 
Also what's wrong with a French accent haha.

Perhaps use an audio editing software? and then just redo the part you messed up? Every take can add a new different little mistake. I know as I've been there.
