Great project by Mark Webster - continuing with his trajectory of cosmic constructions. When I think of the title and look at the pulsing patterns - which suggest an architecture of deeper conscious processing - I reminded of Douglas Hofstadter's classic work 'I am A Strange Loop' I's a happy owner of Strange_Loop #20

Cybernetic Imaginaries, Ralf Baecker, 2023 Hot through the letter box (a gift from the artist) - but I don't doubt this will be of great interest to members of the library. German texts w/ some English. Irrational computing, cybernetic sculptures, machine ex artificium. Ralph's work incredible > https://rlfbckr.io/

The Mylar Topology | widescreen AV with binaural drones and field recordings, 2017 I made this as an personal antidote to the ever increasing predominance of fast flickering geometric work in the AV scene, which I also had made a lots of (and also like). Pretty much the last AV piece I ever made. Sound > ON

Patently predicting cut-up.... Patents for the W.S. Burroughs Calculating Machine, 1888. Yes, it's a different W.S from the same family tree. There is rarely a day that goes by when I don't think that we need people like Billy Burroughs more now then ever.
