Generative satellite landscape photography made with javascript. I'm using particle to create colors and then using another particle pass to create the outline for an "hand drawn" effect. All the particles have movement values mapped to a noise field.

Here's the latest work in progress output from MORT-TERRAIN. This project is the culmination of over a year studying the use of particle system as texture generators in generative art. I've mostly shared 1:1 wips lately but now I'm experimenting with new format to create a bit more drama in the picture plane.

MORT-TERRAIN Playing with format ratio and I absolutely love the tighter aspect ratio. It add a dramatic aspect to the composition. At least it's more present here that on plain 1:1 format.
