An art residency has taken me to Bali, Indonesia. I will be here, along with eleven other artists, all month long in November, making art It is an incredible honor for me, a Brazilian artist, to have my work take me halfway across the globe The creative energy here in Bali is at full speed during the art residency From physical paintings to digital works, photography, Virtual Reality, music and 3D scanning – there’s everything Traditional Balinese music, snorkeling, an art class, a clay masterclass, a visit to the Ancient Tree, and more were all part of our program. We are really immersing ourselves in Bali's culture It’s truly inspiring to be surrounded by creative artists 24/7 We’re having a group show in 26th at a local gallery, really excited to see the final works presented there

I’m in Bali - for the Bali Art Residency The creative energy in our house is contagious; no matter where I turn, someone is making something, be it music, art, or photography. This inspires me a lot in my AR/VR projects and immerse myself in physical works We had a clay masterclass, went to the beach, saw multiple art installations, and learned about the local culture—and that is just week one! This experience here has been incredibly fulfilling for my artistic journey since the last time I left Brazil I was 9 years old, honored to be living this
