I started my day with a short meditation. I’ve been doing this for 20 days. It has a great impact in my day. Do you meditate? For how long? And how often? Which app do you use? Do you do guided meditation? I am looking for some inspiration. ✨

Have been meditating every morning for 20 minutes every day since November 2022. Two weeks ago increased this to 30 minutes and as of last week for an hour. Start out by counting from 1 to 10 and back to 1. With each count a deep breath. And then nothing. Just sit and observe thoughts, bringing my attention back to the breath.

I meditate in the mornings setting intention for the day and saying mantras as needed. I also meditate most evenings to decompress from the day and explore my inner self. I listen to teachings from SN Goenka, Shadguru and others to explore the mind and understand myself.

I started meditating two years ago and tried two apps: Calm and Mo. Both offer a free trial period. Calm features audio narrated by well-known actors, but I think I liked Mo more. It also has a large library of white noise. Meditation didn‘t fully resonated with me, so I moved away from it and now use a similar relaxation technique - mentally scanning through my body. But I did enjoy one of these apps and kept a subscription for quite a while before canceling it due to infrequent use.

Wow sounds perfect to me, and good vibe coming from you. Keep doing it!!! I am doing yoga now thankfully much more regularly than usual and already feeling the impact. I try to induce my brain into meditative states when in certain static asanas and I think this programs positively my reality when dealing with outside world
