It seems the Sun and the plants outside made me antiphone for a long time so I lost my steak in /classical as well, sorry fc classical world. Plus once it was dark finished reading Satantango by Laszlo Krasznahorkai from the paper book which is a rarity. I am still under a strong impression, the depths, multilayered treatment of desperation, aimlessness, searching, demanding shortcuts, inventing them, suffering. Not easy to read, not easy to face tragedies as a result of recklessness, not easy to comprehend the abstractness through which Laszlo leads us while treating the societal strata that is most desperate, forbidden and forgotten, and yet all of these things resonate with each of us. For me personally as I live in a wild place (like from the photo, it is dreamy but it is also very far from civilization, the price of dreamyness is payed and still it is well worth it, the payment is high though and this book makes me understand the darkest corners that I wouldn’t be able to access on my own). Exalted!

Great point Kate Sadly AI helps us go into our little individual cocoons. The process started with engine search and anonymous forums. Now it is just another level. It will be interesting seeing the interactions of the future world with over optimized lives. What would be excuses to get in touch with each other

GN world from this little walk today through the old town Kotor built by Venetians 13 to 18th century but history goes way way back, surrounded by mountains and sea. Of course protected by guardians cats, as you can see each one is strategically positioned.
