It’s not easy to find kale around here. I saw a 750g pack at the supermarket on Monday and bought it. But that’s a lot of kale! I’ve been eating it every day and still have half of the pack left. Do you have any suggestions for ways to prepare it? I’m looking for simple recipes. 🥬

Green smoothies, massage with olive oil and make salad. Saute with garlic and finish with lemon juice, put into any soup... or ask @ramsey he loves kale 🤣

You could make a pesto for pasta. Boil the kale for 4 minutes. Then blend it with walnuts, parmesan, garlic (if you like), olive oil and a pinch of salt.

My wife loves kale. She will make salads from it. For cooking, i can only think of one dish we make and i think it requires a specific kale, maybe lacinato? Its pan sauteed until it's crispy, w hazelnuts n i forget what else. I can see if I've got a recipe somewhere, usually is my wife cooking that one... Hope you're safe btw...saw there was an attack there today. Scary stuff.
