It’s not easy to find kale around here. I saw a 750g pack at the supermarket on Monday and bought it. But that’s a lot of kale! I’ve been eating it every day and still have half of the pack left.

Do you have any suggestions for ways to prepare it? I’m looking for simple recipes. 🥬

My wife loves kale. She will make salads from it. For cooking, i can only think of one dish we make and i think it requires a specific kale, maybe lacinato? Its pan sauteed until it's crispy, w hazelnuts n i forget what else. I can see if I've got a recipe somewhere, usually is my wife cooking that one...

I’ll try to make some salad with it. Many people are recommending. It must be tasty. 
And kale with hazelnut is a great idea. I’ve never tried it.
