Fasting has helped me to feel a lot better throughout illnesses. I normally fast 18-20 hours per day. People usually say that you need to have plenty of food. For me, it’s the opposite. Counterintuitive but works

I try to never take over-the-counter cold medicine, makes me feel worse lots of vitamins, advil or tylenol, & continue lifting weights just no cardio

Just recovered from a nasty cold in 4 days. My stack (most things I take even when I'm healthy): 1) Allicin (garlic extract), 2) Vitamins: C, D3 3) Omega-3, 4) NAC, 5) Ashwagandha, B6, Magnesium, Zinc (before sleep) 6) Tona of sleep.

I take decongestant with pseudoephedrine. Good old fashioned amphetamines do the trick they work too well, it fools you into thinking you’re not sick 😬

For colds: lemon honey tea (or spoonfuls) with cayenne and garlic For mental energy: breath of fire For concentration: tai chi For full body reset: floating For headaches: nature or legs up the wall For fighting something off or prevention: lots of vit C & vit D Baseline stack: protein + workout + vit Bs
