Just recovered from a nasty cold in 4 days. My stack (most things I take even when I'm healthy): 1) Allicin (garlic extract), 2) Vitamins: C, D3 3) Omega-3, 4) NAC, 5) Ashwagandha, B6, Magnesium, Zinc (before sleep) 6) Tona of sleep.
