i loved osaka, probably my favorite city (between Osaka / Tokyo / Kyoto) just grungy, lots of good food, feels more like actually seeing modern Japanese culture vs. Tokyo (huge NYC-esque city) and Kyoto (traditional Japanese culture)

Cynical take is that this occurs disproportionately in crypto because many of the organizations are effectively pre-exited via their token. Doordash checkout bug > they lose $x million in hourly revenue > P0 immediate fix. Dapp button broken > token price unaffected > add it to the backlog.

-exercise (~3 hrs/week weights, cardio, mix up intensity) -sleep (consistently + for a long enough time each night) -build strong relationships (with people you love and with yourself) i'd like to believe nutrition plays a part too, but it really is TBD. I try to 80-20 'eat unprocessed foods, avoid added sugar' tho
