Chicken fillet with oranges๐Ÿ” ๐ŸŠ An excellent and easy-to-prepare option even for a festive dinner. You will need: 4 chicken fillets, 2 oranges, 2 garlic cloves, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, spices. Preparation: Squeeze the juice from one orange and remove the peel. Mix them with soy sauce, crushed garlic and spices, and pour this marinade over the chicken. Leave for 10 minutes, put in a mold and arrange the circles of the second orange on top. Bake the dish in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.

You will need: 300 g of cabbage, 1 onion, 0.5 cups kefir, 1 egg, 6 tablespoons flour, a pinch of baking soda, spices. Preparation: Chop the cabbage with onions and lightly fry it with spices to reduce its volume. Beat eggs with kefir, add flour and baking soda, and gradually add flour. Pour half of the dough into the mold, lay out the filling and pour the other half of the dough. Put the pie in the oven at 180 degrees for half an hour.

You will need: 600 g of chicken fillet, 300 g of champignons, 1 onion, 200 ml of sour cream, 1 tsp starch, 0.5 bunch of green onions. Preparation: Cut the chicken into cubes and fry until golden brown. Separately fry the onion and mushrooms until the moisture evaporates, send it to the chicken and mix. Dilute the starch in the sour cream, pour into a frying pan and simmer all together for 15-20 minutes on low heat. At the very end, add chopped green onions.

Turkey with zucchini and string beans ๐Ÿฆƒ Instead of tomatoes in their own juice, you can take any natural tomato sauce or ketchup. You will need: 600 g turkey fillet, 1 bell pepper, 1 zucchini, 1 onion, 150 g string beans, 200 g tomatoes in their own juice, 0.5 cup of water, spices. Preparation: Chop tomatoes with juice in a blender. Cut the turkey and all the vegetables into medium pieces. Fry the fillet for a couple of minutes on all sides, add the onion and fry until golden brown. Add the rest of the vegetables, and fry for another 7-8 minutes. Add spices, tomatoes and water, and simmer the dish under the lid for 10 minutes on low heat.

Cabbage in the oven in the sleeve ๐Ÿฅฌ If you don't want to constantly control dinner at the stove, bake it in your sleeve. It's also more useful! You will need: 500 g of cabbage, 2 bell peppers, 2 onions, 1 carrot, spices, 2 tbsp olive oil. Preparation: Finely chop the cabbage and mash it with your hands until soft, cut all the other vegetables into strips, mix everything together and season with olive oil and spices. Put the vegetables in a sleeve and bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 190 degrees.
