Pollock with broccoli and cauliflower πŸ₯¦ Baked fish with vegetables in this way is not only useful, but also very convenient, because you do not need to prepare a separate side dish. You will need: 600 g of pollock fillet, 200 g of broccoli, 200 g of cauliflower, 1 carrot, 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, 0.5 bunch of herbs, spices, olive oil and soy sauce. Salad with chicken and corn πŸ₯— πŸ— 🌽 A healthy dinner in a hurry, when there is boiled chicken fillet. You will need: 150 g boiled chicken, 4 tomatoes, 120 g corn, 0.5 bunch of herbs, 3 tbsp sour cream, 1 tsp Dijon mustard. Preparation: Cut the chicken into strips, tomatoes into slices, and chop the greens. Mix the salad and season it with sour cream and Dijon mustard.

Turkey with zucchini and string beans πŸ¦ƒ Instead of tomatoes in their own juice, you can take any natural tomato sauce or ketchup. You will need: 600 g turkey fillet, 1 bell pepper, 1 zucchini, 1 onion, 150 g string beans, 200 g tomatoes in their own juice, 0.5 cup of water, spices. Preparation: Chop tomatoes with juice in a blender. Cut the turkey and all the vegetables into medium pieces. Fry the fillet for a couple of minutes on all sides, add the onion and fry until golden brown. Add the rest of the vegetables, and fry for another 7-8 minutes. Add spices, tomatoes and water, and simmer the dish under the lid for 10 minutes on low heat.

Cabbage in the oven in the sleeve πŸ₯¬ If you don't want to constantly control dinner at the stove, bake it in your sleeve. It's also more useful! You will need: 500 g of cabbage, 2 bell peppers, 2 onions, 1 carrot, spices, 2 tbsp olive oil. Preparation: Finely chop the cabbage and mash it with your hands until soft, cut all the other vegetables into strips, mix everything together and season with olive oil and spices. Put the vegetables in a sleeve and bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 190 degrees.

Cod with vegetables in foil 🐟 According to the same principle, you can cook other white fish. You will need: 4 cod fillets, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 1 zucchini, 100 g string beans, 50 g green peas, 80 g broccoli, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp olive oil, spices. Preparation: Immediately put the cod fillets into foil pieces in portions. Arbitrarily chop all the vegetables and put them with the fish. Sprinkle everything with olive oil and soy sauce, sprinkle with spices, wrap in foil and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.

Quinoa with bell pepper and thyme It will do for a full-fledged main dish, and for a good healthy side dish to meat. You will need: 200 g quinoa, 3 bell peppers, 2 sprigs of thyme, 1 chili, spices, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 cloves of garlic. Preparation: Boil the quinoa according to the instructions. Chop the sweet pepper, chili and garlic, and fry over medium heat until soft. Add quinoa, soy sauce, chopped thyme and spices, mix and warm together for a couple of minutes.

3 can chili πŸ«˜πŸ… A perfect recipe for winter, when you want something warm for your soul and don't have a lot of fresh veggies. - 1 onion - 1 carrot - 1 bell pepper - 1 can of red beans - 1 can of white beans in tomato sauce - 1 can of chopped tomatoes - seasonings to taste: garlic, chilli pepper, cumin, herbs - a piece of dark chocolate (~25 gr) 1. Cut and sautee the veggies like you usually do. 2. Add the 3 cans (red beans, white beans, tomatoes). 3. Add the seasonings, let the chili simmer and reduce a bit. 4. At the end add a piece of dark chocolate, let it melt. It adds just the right amount of complexity and charm 😌 I usually serve it on rice, garnished with cilantro.

Chicken fillet with tomatoes and mozzarella You will need: 800 g chicken fillet, 250 g tomatoes, 100 g mozzarella, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp olive oil, spices. Preparation: Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into slices. Peel the chicken fillet, make deep cuts, but not to the end, and rub everything with olive oil with soy sauce and spices. Put tomatoes and mozzarella into the incisions, and bake the chicken in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees.

Omelet with cottage cheese and spinach If desired, add another handful of chopped mushrooms or string beans. You will need: 3 eggs, 80 g of spinach, 35 g of granular cottage cheese, 1 tbsp.l. oatmeal, a pinch of baking powder, spices. Preparation: Beat the eggs with baking powder and spices. Finely chop and add spinach, cottage cheese and oatmeal to the egg mixture, mix and leave for a couple of minutes. Fry everything in a frying pan on both sides under the lid.
