You will need: 600 g turkey fillet, 1 bell pepper, 1 zucchini, 1 onion, 150 g string beans, 200 g tomatoes in their own juice, 0.5 cup of water, spices. Preparation: Chop tomatoes with juice in a blender. Cut the turkey and all the vegetables into medium pieces. Fry the fillet for a couple of minutes on all sides, add the onion and fry until golden brown. Add the rest of the vegetables, and fry for another 7-8 minutes. Add spices, tomatoes and water, and simmer the dish under the lid for 10 minutes on low heat.
