Omelet with cottage cheese and spinach If desired, add another handful of chopped mushrooms or string beans. You will need: 3 eggs, 80 g of spinach, 35 g of granular cottage cheese, 1 tbsp.l. oatmeal, a pinch of baking powder, spices. Preparation: Beat the eggs with baking powder and spices. Finely chop and add spinach, cottage cheese and oatmeal to the egg mixture, mix and leave for a couple of minutes. Fry everything in a frying pan on both sides under the lid.

Cottage cheese and banana muffins. You will need: 300 g of cottage cheese, 1 banana, 2 apples, 2 eggs. Preparation: Whisk cottage cheese with eggs and banana with a blender. Add the grated apple, mix the mass, put it in molds and bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 190 degrees.

Lazy oatmeal with chia seeds That's the oatmeal that you can leave in the refrigerator overnight, and it will be ready for breakfast. You will need: 1 cup of yogurt, 1 cup of oatmeal, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of peanut paste. Preparation: Mix yogurt, honey, oatmeal and chia seeds, and leave for half an hour. Put this mixture, the peanut paste and the mixture again in the jars in layers. Squash fritters ๐Ÿฅž We recommend frying them in a non-stick frying pan to do almost without oil. You will need: 1 zucchini, 1 egg, 2 tbsp rice flour, herbs, spices. Preparation: Grate the zucchini and squeeze out the excess juice. Add the chopped greens and the rest of the ingredients, mix and fry the squash fritters in a frying pan.

Banana-pumpkin smoothie ๐ŸŒ ๐ŸŽƒ ๐Ÿน Hearty sweet bananas are a great base for breakfast of all kinds. You will need: 150 g of pumpkin, 1 banana, 250 ml of vegetable milk, 100 ml of orange juice, 2 tablespoons of honey, cinnamon. Preparation: Send the sliced banana in the freezer for a couple of hours in advance. Cut the pumpkin into cubes and boil it quickly or fry it until soft. Put all the ingredients in a blender and whisk until smooth.

Apple porridge ๐Ÿ ๐ŸŽ A very unusual porridge for breakfast, which children will especially like. You will need: 700 g apples, 1 cup coconut milk, 0.5 cups water, 2/3 cup almonds, 3 tbsp flax seeds, 0.5 cups cranberries, cinnamon. Preparation: Finely chop the peeled apples, pour water and coconut milk, and boil over low heat for 15 minutes. Mash everything with a fork. Grind almonds and flax seeds in a blender and add to the porridge. Add cranberries and cinnamon to the same place, and mix.

Lazy tofu dumplings ๐ŸŒ ๐ŸฅŸ Have you ever cooked lazy dumplings for breakfast? This time we offer a tofu version. You will need: 350 g of tofu, 1 banana, 150 g of rice flour, 0.5 lemon, sugar. Preparation: Chop the tofu with a banana blender and add lemon juice, zest, sugar and flour. Knead the dough, roll it out with a sausage and cut the lazy dumplings. The most healthy porridge for breakfast ๐Ÿฅฃ The secret is that it contains three cereals at once โ€“ rice, millet and pearl barley. You will need: 1/3 cup rice, 1/3 cup pearl barley, 1/3 cup millet, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 cup milk, 2 cups water, 1 tsp zest, 20 g butter. Preparation: Wash all the cereals and add zest and sugar to them. Pour in water and milk, and cook over low heat for 35 minutes. Let it brew a little more under the lid and add butter to the finished porridge.

Coconut and banana cheesecakes ๐Ÿ˜‹ Another original variation of the usual homemade breakfast. You will need: 350 g of cottage cheese, 2 bananas, 2 tbsp coconut chips, 1 egg, 2 tbsp brown sugar, coconut oil. Preparation: Whisk all the ingredients, except the coconut chips, with an immersion blender, and then mix it in. Form small round cheesecakes and fry in coconut oil on both sides.

Cottage cheese casserole ๐Ÿฅ˜ You will need: 250 g cottage cheese, 1 egg, 2 tbsp rice flour, 0.5 tsp baking powder, 2 tbsp yogurt, sugar substitute. Preparation: Mix cottage cheese, egg, yogurt and sugar substitute. Add rice flour with baking powder, put the mass into molds and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. It is most convenient to make such a useful casserole in portions, immediately in small molds.

Preparation: Mash bananas with a fork, mix with egg and kefir, and add baking soda. Gradually add the rice flour and knead the dough. Put the pancakes in the pan with a spoon and fry on both sides. Millet porridge with coconut milk๐Ÿฅฃ Healthy, lactoseโ€“free, lean and vegetarian - all in one. Serve it with fruits and nuts. You will need: 100 g of millet, 120 ml of coconut milk, 160 ml of soy milk, honey, 200 ml of water. Preparation: Boil the washed millet in boiling water for 10 minutes and drain the water. Add honey and both types of vegetable milk, and cook the porridge for another 10-15 minutes. Bon appetit!

Oatmeal pancakes ๐Ÿฅž Pancakes with oat flakes are very different from the usual ones with flour. And they are also much more useful! You will need: 1 cup of kefir, 150 g of oat flakes, 2 eggs, 0.5 tsp baking soda, 1 tbsp sugar. Preparation: Grind the flakes in a blender and mix with warm kefir and eggs. Add sugar and baking soda, leave the dough for 5 minutes and put the pancakes in the pan with a spoon. Bon appetit!
