Pollock with broccoli and cauliflower π₯¦
Baked fish with vegetables in this way is not only useful, but also very convenient, because you do not need to prepare a separate side dish.
You will need: 600 g of pollock fillet, 200 g of broccoli, 200 g of cauliflower, 1 carrot, 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, 0.5 bunch of herbs, spices, olive oil and soy sauce.
Preparation: Cut the pollock into large cubes, disassemble both types of cabbage into inflorescences, cut the carrots into circles, onion into rings, and tomatoes into slices. Chop the greens, put them all together in a mold, season and drizzle with olive oil and soy sauce to taste. Bake under foil for 25 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. 0 reply

Turkey with zucchini and string beans π¦
Instead of tomatoes in their own juice, you can take any natural tomato sauce or ketchup.
You will need: 600 g turkey fillet, 1 bell pepper, 1 zucchini, 1 onion, 150 g string beans, 200 g tomatoes in their own juice, 0.5 cup of water, spices.
Preparation: Chop tomatoes with juice in a blender. Cut the turkey and all the vegetables into medium pieces. Fry the fillet for a couple of minutes on all sides, add the onion and fry until golden brown. Add the rest of the vegetables, and fry for another 7-8 minutes. Add spices, tomatoes and water, and simmer the dish under the lid for 10 minutes on low heat. 0 reply
