things i do daily as a founder (that may surprise you): i'm my own admin I manage my own calendar customer support I write all my own social media i edit all website and product copy i reply to every non-spam cast, email or DC or TG message sent to me -- usually within minutes product design and product mocks help resolve technical discussions from business and ux perspective manage all legal work and contracts workout cook breakfast and dinner

I donโ€™t think many people realize what it takes to be a โ€œone-man showโ€ in any given industry, consistently showing up on a day-to-basis despite market conditions, consumer/client sentiment, worrisome cash flow projections and myriad other things seemingly designed to work against you.
