how to make the delicious ‘Butter Garlic Shrimp’ I enjoyed in Hawaii🦐🧈

1.Finely chop one small onion and 0.5 teaspoons of minced garlic.
2.Sauté the chopped onion and garlic until they turn golden brown, just before caramelization.
3.Set the sautéed onion and garlic aside.
4. In the same pan, melt some butter and add the shrimp.
5.Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
6.When the shrimp are almost cooked, add the sautéed onion and garlic back into the pan.
7.Stir-fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes, and it’s ready to serve

Looks delish! Though it makes me sad to see all that beautiful miso wiped off before cooking.

Yum! I’ve been making this a lot recently. Just a tip, cook on a rack instead of a pan, otherwise the outside doesn’t caramelize enough (at least for me). If you have a blowtorch you can crisp up the skin after.

I’m slow cooking this afternoon a Jamaican curry chicken, with chickpeas, carrots,habaneros and coconut Milk served with basmati rice.
Have plenty of curry on hand!

Probably tomato sandwiches every evening if I’m honest … family is going to be on vacation without me.

Maybe a burger slides in the mix.

Courgetti over here, I have sooo many zucchini's in my garden I have to do something with them :)
