two part question: 1. what's the best restaurant meal you've had in the post-covid era? 2. was it so good that you'd recommend someone plan a trip to eat there?

1. It’s 'Jingisukan' in Sapporo. The meat, rice, and beer there are pure happiness, and it’s the best lamb restaurant I've ever been to. 2. It’s a place I definitely want to visit with my loved ones.

1. Estero in Mexico. It was a pretty long tasting menu, reasonably priced, and the food was just so fresh and well cooked. 2. Yes I would plan a trip just to go back to this place.

1. In situ at SFMOMA 💗 2. Yes, maybe haha they served signature dishes from renowned chefs and restaurants worldwide, such an amazing concept imo. Brought flavors from Japan, Morocco, Germany, Spain etc. right to your plate. Menu changed monthly i think. I miss it so much 😭 they closed down bc of covid 💔💔

Ohhh, I’d have to say it was: 1- “Carne seca desfiada” which is a very traditional dish from the northeastern region of Brazil and it basically consists of shredded dried beef with red onions sautéed in clarified butter, biquinho peppers (which just brings flavor, not necessarily makes the food spicy), boiled cassava, and roasted pumpkin. We ate this at a MasterChef’s Restaurant, in the City of São Paulo, called Mocotó (from Chef Rodrigo Oliveira) 2- Totally worth the visit. The food is just fantastic. Note: The restaurant is not fancy. Not even expensive. The food is made like coming straight from the heart. https://maps.app.goo.gl/QqbGUgemkinCKwSZ7?g_st=com.google.maps.preview.copy

1. Tie between a private dinner @ Gwen in LA by chef Curtis Stone and https://bilaeti-ios.ucoz.com/ a few weeks back - Its a family owned tavern off the beaten path in Ios Greece, incredible meal Perfectly aged steaks vs cheeses I did not know existed beforehand. 2. There is no distance I wouldn't recommend traveling for Bilaeti Tavern

RH House in Michigan is the most delicious grilled cheese I’ve ever had. Just so you know. I dunno if you’d want to plan a trip construction season but if you happen to be in Michigan for the dream cruise? GO!

Well, it’s one of Michelin restaurants in my country and that was a set of dishes from chief, they were all delicious and original. 2) unfortunately, no, but if the one -who I’m recommending to do this - is gourmand , then I would tell the nice places route, small one, but still… because you’ll probably need to go to another side of a small country to try one of dishes. But that’s cool. It would reflect in his/her impression of the whole country.
