Well, it’s one of Michelin restaurants in my country and that was a set of dishes from chief, they were all delicious and original. 

2) unfortunately, no, but if the one -who I’m recommending to do this - is gourmand , then I would tell the nice places route, small one, but still… because you’ll probably need to go to another side of a small country to try one of dishes. But that’s cool. It would reflect in his/her impression of the whole country.
