I really like this product which hardens oil after using it. Every time I fry smth I don’t know how to throw oil but this product helps a lot. Do you guys use other ways on throwing oil?

Yes I use this too! Able to get it from Amazon here. Makes cleaning up oil so easy.

Do you store the hardened oil for use later?

I have not tried it yet, just saw a video recently regarding and scooped some from Amazon. Thanks for the post!

I save my frying oil (depending on how many times I've used it and whether it was veggies or meat).

I pour it through a sieve into a measuring cup or directly into a jar, and I leave the jar on the counter at room temp
