The real issue is the lack of good tools that treat crypto assets natively. These are emerging, but still playing on hard mo

dubai is true right now, but im not sure i trust their long term intentions yet. see their banning of all VOIP to increase state telco revenues. hard to imagine a country that believes that also being supportive of open platforms long term.

Dubai short-term, UK longer-term. As well as regulation/taxes etc - I think ease of migration will be a key factor. Lots of web3 talent in India, but no points-based system in the US is a big cap on growth as a hub.

How about Florida? Yugalabs is registered in Miami, Florida. I'm trying to register one from India. What are my best options? My previous startup was a Delaware C-corp. Divided between US & Dubai. If US, which jurisdiction?

For the US, that depends on the what’s being built. Wyoming is great for operationally light DAO-like orgs (especially manager or algorithmically managed). New York is great for venture-funded orgs operating in finance. Wyoming moved fast on crypto regulation, hope they continue.

At this point in time, people > regulation. I'd argue NYC is better because of the people.
