Outside the US - Short term Dubai, long term UK Inside the US - long term federal rules will apply more than state, so anywhere but NY or CA

Yes, the UK is getting serious about establishing a clear regulatory framework for crypto. I find it funny that it'll be King Charles III signing off on it if it passes the parliamentary debate in the Spring
